Welcome to magical Lopez Island! We built this place to share with our family and friends. We hope you enjoy it. 

As required by San Juan County, our rental permit number is PPROV0-18-0025.

Property Amenities

Our property is 21 wooded acres ​with 475 feet of private beach including a moorage ball. There's a cleared meadow with towering Douglas fir trees and panoramic views of the Salish Sea. All three cabins were built in 2018 with custom milled white fir from the property! There are a total of 9 queen beds and 3 full baths with lots of acreage for campers.

Each of the three cabins include:

• 500sqft living space plus 200sqft loft

• 1 queen bedroom with dresser, closet, and space for a pack-'n-play

• 2 more queen beds in loft  

• 1 bathroom with full shower, toilet, and sink

• Kitchenette with 3/4 refrigerator, microwave, single burner hotplate, utensils, plates, cups, and cookware

• Dining table with 4 chairs

• Living room with couch, club chairs, and coffee table

• 40" SmartTV, Sonos speaker, WiFi (10MB down, 4MB up)

• Covered porch with table, chairs, and propane grill

Rates

October - May: $600/night for all three cabins

June & September: $800/night for all three cabins

July & August: $1,000/night for all three cabins

There is an additional cleaning fee depending on the size of your party. 

Regardless​ of the number of cabins you rent you will have the entire property to yourself.
